I'm not crazy about their taquitos because they use ground beef and rice. I gave four stars cause they have the best salsa and I love their breakfast burritos and they have the best beans. They also have some of the best customer service.

Amazing customer service family friendly and family operated business with amazing food and extra special service for every customer. They give our great salsas and chips if you dine in and they know how to make every customer feel at home!!! I will definitely be back and I really appreciate the friendly cashier who greeted me with a smile!!!

You can't go wrong with steak or chicken fajitas dinner with chips and salsa for less than $12.

Stopped by for lunch, the food and service were great. I had the Tostada, Taco lunch deal. The portion size was good and the prices were decent 👍

I've never ran into a burrito/taco shop that charges a mandatory .50 cent fee on all transactions until I ordered from this place. Then my order, a carne asada burrito, took 22 minutes to complete. I patiently waited... however when I got the burrito, it weighed very light. It was about half the size of similar carne asada burritos around the area.

Nice little mom and pop taco shop. Friendly. Clean. Fast. Interesting decor. Great service. And pretty good tasting food at good prices. If you got friends from out of town and need something quick, take them here. It's a little slice of Mexico in San Marcos.

After one visit I’m converted. I’m a fan. My sister told me about Nachos and even though the name is horrible the people are fantastic and the food is top notch. I ordered two enchiladas for $5.60. Yeah, you read that right. They were both great. One chicken one beef. My sister and her friend regularly order tacos here and love them. It’s casual and simple but the food is great and the prices are wonderful. And I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Nacho’s is right by my house and regular stop for lunch or dinner now.

Always authentic Mexican food! (Unless you order the burger.)

Machaca burrito was great. Very authentic Mexican food, maybe a little bit too much for some people. Red salsa has a great kick, green has good flavor but very mild. Not flashy inside, but clean and well cared for.

Very good. So far I ordered ground beef tacos and shredded beef tacos. I plan on ordering the c eviche next. The saving staff are very nice. They have a lot of parking.

Staying at the Lakehouse Resort and had a craving for Mexican food. We searched for local Mexican food in San Marcos and found this gem in a local strip mall. We Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to indulge in delicious, flavorful, authentic, homemade Mexican food. The food especially the homemade salsa (behind the counter), flan, horchata, and street tacos were so good. But what really made his experience so nice was the friendly face behind the counter tonight that closed the shop on March 21 2016. we never got your name but thank you for making us feel welcome in your restaurant.

Consistently fresh good tasting food. The staff is always smiling and very friendly. Their enchilada sauce is unique but excellent. Taco meat is surprisingly flavorful. I eat here at least twice a month.

The adobada burrito and carne asada burrito are delicious. Very nice people. If I want a good burrito they're my #1.

I have been coming here since I was 3 or 4 years old. My father and mother would takes us here to eat. I now have a family of own and bring them to eat at Nachos. I recommend everyone to try this place it's flavor hasn't change in the many years I have been visiting. I usually have the Carne Asada Torta , with a vuelve a la vida cocktail. Or maybe the 7 mares soup. Their sopes are amazing seriously go now it's as good as im saying!! Get there or be square definitely dirty doper approved!!

This is not your average Taco Shop . They have an diverse menu , their food is awesome . They have been serving the area for over 30 years .

I was waiting at the table for my meal and noticed that some members of the staff were looking at me like if I were a piece of meat. I was so uncomfortable, I was with my baby. As soon as I got my food I had it to go and left. This had NEVER happened to me, I’m so disgusted! NEVER NEVER COMING BACK!

Best Mexican food ever. They don't have a drive-thru, but I will guarantee that it will be your favorite spot just like mine. Food is always hot and fresh. Salsa and chips are great. I personally recommend the chicken fajitas number 11🙂💪
